Summary:碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 福祉科技與服務管理所 === 105 === Due to the national proportion of the elderly population has increased year by year and about to become the elderly society in Taiwan; the pop-ulation suffering from chronic diseases is gradually increasing; the most of the elderly people tend to choose home care; coupled with the rapid devel-opment of digital telecommunication and Internet of Things technology; the related technological services applying in the disease prevention and medical healthcare are becoming more widespread.The "Telehealthcare" is the professional expertise combining of medical care, telecommunications technology, electronic medical equipment and other cross-disciplinary. And thus, the people can obtain the healthcare and disease prevention services in the familiar community and home environment.Nowadays, the “Telecare” App 2.0 developed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare can achieve the purposes of chronical disease healthcare and health management through the long-term all time monitoring and recording of personal health status of blood pressure, blood sugar, exercise situation and diet reaction while the system can also supply the related healthcare education and information. The “Telecare” App 2.0 can be obtained by citizens for personal health management service without any charge after it is formally published and uploaded in 2016. And for further assessing and studying the APP usage situation of the elderly, This questionnaire applied in this study is applying the “Development of the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire, (TUQ)” which is established by Parmanto in 2016 after it is suggestions adopted and inspected by 3 experts right after translating it into Chinese and deleting the inadequate question items. Through the questionnaires , we study the objects of age more than 45 years old in the use of“Telecare” App 2.0, focus on the aspects of "usefulness", "ease of use", "interface quality", "reliability", "satisfaction and future use intention "and so on.The results of the study found that the APP users do not agree to the “Agree” level of the questions in the questionnaire in the aspects of "usefulness", "ease of use", "interface quality", "reliability", "satisfaction and future use intention ". It reveals that the APP still can be greatly improved. Further more, there is not any significant difference in gender in all aspects in this study. There are significant positive correlations among the five aspects in the Pearson correlation analysis. Keywords:Telehealthcare, Telecare App 2.0, Satisfaction and intention of future use
