This technology can be applied in a wide range, such as: solar panels, mobile phones, television and computers. Obviously, the commercial products resulted from panel technology become an important part of human life. The innovation in panel technology, gives us a new world to daily life. Meanwhile, the enjoyment of visual quality is also improved.
At present, TFT-LCD as the representative of the flat panel display industry is devel-oping rapidly. In the next few years, the global outcome from panel industry will ex-ceed the integrated circuit industry. Therefore, in face of its challenges, the develop-ment of TFT-LCD products is urgent.
