A bidirectional questionnaire was taken and results were classified by utilizing Kano model, there are total 15 items landed at “attractive quality (A)”, 2 items were “one-dimensional (O)” and 8 items were “indifferent quality (I)”. Through another Refined Kano model, we obtained another classified results where 1 item landed at“high attractive quality attributes”, 14 items were “less attractive quality attributes”, 2 items were “hi-value added quality attributes”, 1 item was “potential quality attribute” and 7 items were “care-free attributes”. By applying Importance-Satisfaction Model, further to analyze satisfaction questionnaire results, Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area, there were 4 items, its quality attributes was classified as “excellent area” with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points; there were 8 items, its quality attributes were classified as “Surplus area”with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points; there were 4 items, its quality attributes were classified as “Care-free area”with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points; and there were another 9 items in “care-free area” with average satisfaction over 3 less than 4 points. Comparing to National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium, there were 3 items classified as “excellent area” with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points; there was 1 item classified as “To-be improved area”with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points; there were 10 items classified as “Surplus area” with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points; there were 3 items classified as “care-free area” with average satisfaction over 4 less than 5 points and another 8 items classified as “care-free area”with average satisfaction over 3 less than 4 points.the result of this study and the application of quality/satisfaction classification can be future reference and example for those operators who intended to apply for becoming member of environmental education facility.
