In this study, data were collected by questionnaires. The public and private students in Tainan city were selected as the parametric groups. Collecting 10 schools, this study took advantage of stratified sampling .Each one class from seventh, eighth, and ninth grades in each school was collected. There were totally 885 copies of questionnaires handed out, 858 valid samples were collected (with 97% valid returnrate). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe method post hoc comparison, and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The main findings were summarized as follows: First, there were significant differences in learning attitude between PE, gender, sports participation, frequency of exercise, weekly exercise time and different school scales. Physical education teachers' gender and grade had no significant difference. There was also no significant difference in cognition and action intention between those implementing SH150 and those not implementing SH150 for learning attitude only. Second, there were significant differences in the regularity of exercise habits between the gender of the students, the participation of the sports community, the frequency of the weekly exercise, the movement time of the week, and the scale of the different schools. There was no significant difference in regular exercise habit about the PE teachers gender, grade or whether school implements SH150 or not. Third, Tainan city junior high school students' attitude towarded learning and regular exercise habits had significant positive correlations.
