Second, complete metric space is modified to be a connected complete metric space. Third, Our generalization of the Banach contraction principle replaces the global contraction hypothesis with the local contraction hypothesis. Then we investigate the behavior for mappings satisfying uniformly locally Geraghty contraction on connected complete metric space. Finally, we establish a new existence and uniqueness result of fixed point theorem.
