This study used quasi-experimental design as research method. The manipulation variables are media (LINE vs. phone), content (student Physiological Information vs. student behavior Information), frequency(low frequency vs. high frequency). The samples are collected from special education school teachers in Taiwan. The results of this study are as follows: different media toward negative emotion of special education teachers has shown a significant difference; different content toward negative emotion of special education teachers has shown a significant difference; different frequency toward negative emotion of special education teachers has shown a significant difference.
