The survey was conducted through a questionnaire measuring andquantifying organization identification,working stress and psychological well-being, and carried out on regular teachers at public elementary schools in Kaohsiung.The data were collected from 570 regular teachers at 34 schools through stratified random sampling according to the size of schools, among which 528 questionnaires are effective.We examined the relationships among organizational identification, working stress andpsychological well-beingwith descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and step-wise multivariate regression analysis.Theconclusions and recommendations are set forth as follows: 1. The level of organization identification among elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City lie within the range of a medium/high degree. 2. The level of working stress among elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City lie within the range of a medium degree. 3. The level of psychological well-being among elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City lie within the range of a medium/high degree. 4. Four background variables including different age, years of service, positions and school size show the highest degrees on the total organization identification. 5. Two background variables including differentyears of service and school size show the highest degrees on the total working stress. 6. Four background variables including different gender, age, years of service, and positions show the highest degrees on the total psychological well-being. 7. There was low negative correlation betweenorganization identification and working stress; There was low positive negative correlation between working stress and psychological well-being; There was moderate/low positive correlation between organization identification and psychological well-being. 8. Organization identification and working stress is predictable to the psychological well-being. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study mentioned above, the suggestions of the research also would be proposed to the school administrative unit, the elementary school teachersand the future researchers.
