Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 105 === Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the principals’ servant leadership, the teachers’ willingness to administrative work and the administrative effectiveness of Kaohsiung junior high schools. The research is executed in questionnaire method. The targets are public junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung. Samples are selected according to school sizes. The used tools are self-compiled “Relationship among the principals’ servant leadership, the teachers’ willingness to administrative work and the administrative effectiveness of Kaohsiung junior high schools questionnaire.” There are 550 samples selected and 502 questionnaires are retrieved, the returns-ratio is about 91%. The collected data are analyzed by descriptive analysis, independent samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Based on the data analysis, the major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The state of Kaohsiung junior high school teachers for the principals’ servant leadership is above average. The perceptions of “listening” are higher. 2. The state of Kaohsiung junior high school teachers for the teachers’ willingness to administrative work is beneath average. The perceptions of “organizational factors” are higher. 3. The state of Kaohsiung junior high school teachers for the administrative effectiveness is above average. The perceptions of “job performance” are higher. 4. The Kaohsiung junior high school teachers have different perceptions of the principals’ servant leadership, the teachers’ willingness to administrative work and the administrative effectiveness due to different background variables. 5. The higher the teachers’ perceptions of the principals’ servant leadership, the higher their perceptions of the teachers’ willingness to administrative work will be. 6. The higher the teachers’ perceptions of the principals’ servant leadership, the higher their perceptions of the administrative effectiveness will be. 7. The higher the teachers’ perceptions of the teachers’ willingness to administrative work, the higher their perceptions of the administrative effectiveness will be. 8. In Kaohsiung junior high schools, the principals’ servant leadership, the teachers’ willingness to administrative work have predictive efficacy for the administrative effectiveness.
