Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the Kaohsiung junior high school principals’ distributed leadership, school organizational climate and school effectiveness. This study mainly adopted the questionnaire survey method and the research framework and the questionnaire were developed after the literature review. The main subjects were stratified sampling from the teachers of 35 junior high schools in Kaohsiung city. 660 questionnaires were distributed and 592 questionnaires were valid. The research data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings of the study are illustrated as followings. 1.Junior high school principals’ distributed leadership scored averagely at the middle-high level. The subscale “Active participation of members” scored the highest. 2.Junior high school organizational climate scored averagely at the middle-high level. The subscale “Supportive behavior of the principal” scored the highest. 3.Junior high school effectiveness scored averagely at the middle-high level. The subscale “School administrative performance” scored the highest. 4.There are positive correlations among junior high school teachers’ perception on principals’ distributed leadership and school organizational climate in response to school effectiveness. 5.Principals’ distributed leadership and school organizational climate in response to school effectiveness are predictable and “Situational climate of school” can significantly predict school effectiveness t.
