It explores the personality of science teachers who with experience of using innovating teaching aids and those who with teaching aids. It also compares the difference between them.Purposive sampling is adopted in this study. From 85 questionnaires are issued, 80 effective questionnaires are collected in 83 returned ones. In the effective questionnaires, it includes 30 teachers with innovating teaching aids, 41 teachers with teaching aids and 9 teachers without teaching aids.The collected effective questionnaires are calculated and analyzed by the statistical analysis tools –SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The analysis method includes descriptive statistics and t-test. The research results are as follows : 1.There are significant differences in personality of extraversion, openness and emotional stability between science teachers with innovating teaching aids and those who with teaching aids. 2.In various features, the differences in personality between science teachers with innovating teaching aids and those who with teaching aids are as follows. (1)Gender comparison. In male science teacher, there are significant differences in the personality of extraversion and openness, emotional stability between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. As to female science teachers, there are significant differences in the personality of openness between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. (2)Seniority comparison. In the science teacher who is over 11 years teaching experiences, there are significant differences in the personality of openness between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. (3)Age comparison. In the age between 21 to 35 years old science teachers, there are significant differences in the personality of agreeableness between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. In the age over 36 years old science teachers, there are significant differences in the personality of extraversion, openness, emotional stability and conscientiousness between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. (4)Comparison of level of education. In teachers with master or higher degree, there are significant differences in the personality of openness, emotional stability between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. In teachers with bachelor degree, there are significant differences in the personality of openness between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. (5)Department comparison. In teachers graduating from science-related department, there are significant differences in the personality of openness and emotional stability between the one with innovating teaching aids and another one with teaching aids. 3. Among various features of science teachers with innovating teaching aids, the differences of their personality are as follows: (1) In different seniority, science teachers with innovating teaching aids qualify significant differences in the personality of openness and conscientiousness. (2) In different age, science teachers with innovating teaching aids qualify significant differences in the personality of openness and conscientiousness. 4. Among various features of science teachers who use teaching aids, the differences of their personality are as follows: (1) In different seniority, science teachers who use teaching aids qualify significant differences in the personality of extraversion. (2) In different age, science teachers who use teaching aids qualify significant differences in the personality of extraversion and openness.
