A total of 304 questionnaires were collected and 304 samples were collected and 304 samples were validated. The data were analyzed with SPSS 22 statistical software, and the data were collected from the questionnaire. Hypothesis analysis and validation. The results are as follows: I.The design of industry practitioners of different mentoring types of sensory mentoring function is significantly different. II.The design of industry practitioners of different mentoring types of knowledge sharing has some significant differences. III. Different background changes in the gender, marital status, subordinate departments, the current age of the mentor function is significantly different. The age, education level, the average monthly income of the mentoring function was no significant difference. IV. Different background changes in gender, age, marital status, subordinate departments, the average monthly income of knowledge sharing significant differences. There is no significant difference in the level of education and current age. V. The design industry practitioners perception mentoring function of knowledge sharing behavior is positively related to the role of the role of the highest degree of correlation function. Based on the above findings, the recommendations of the competent authorities and relevant design counterparts were put forward, emphasizing the mentoring function and establishing better knowledge sharing through different mentoring types. It is also suggested that prospective researchers can expand the scope and object of the study, improve the reliability of research and adopt different research methods to improve the research value.
