The survey was conducted in 2016"Taipei City Construction Management Association" and "Taichung City Construction Management Association" and "Kaohsiung City Construction Management Association" members and friends of the association as the research object, measured a total of 510 questionnaires, 501 questionnaires were collected, 501 copies of valid questionnaires,With the recovery of 501 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 98.2%. The statistics procedures including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person product-moment correlation and two-way ANOVA. The conclusions of the study are presented as follows: I. The construction industry belongs to the higher level of "perceived value" and the stone, in four dimensions, in contrast, "the unique needs of value" and "emotional" low value. II. The buyers have higher perception of purchase intention, among which the highest possible purchase is the "decision to buy" and "recommend others to buy". III. There is a high degree of positive correlation between the perceived stone value and the purchase intention IV. The male entrepreneurs in the "functional value", "social value", "unique value of demand", "emotional value" and "perceived stone value as a whole" were significantly higher than women V. The age of "36-44 year old" practitioners in the "functional value", "social value", "unique value of demand", "emotional value", "overall perception, stone value" awareness significantly higher than the perception was significantly higher than the group under 35 years of age and below the age of 45 years VI. Senior high school (below) group building operators in the "functional value", "social value", "unique value requirements", "emotional value", "overall perception, stone value" perception the perception was significantly higher than the University (including) junior college group and the Graduate School (including) VII. The "career maker" of the practitioners in the "perceived stone value" is significantly higher than the "designer" of the developers VIII. The average monthly income of 1 yuan ~35 million "20 million" group of the construction industry in the "perceived value" on the stone feel better than the other group of perception of construction industry IX.
