This study used qualitative research to explore the current situation of remote are education by conducting in-depth interviews with 12 teachers participated the scientific learning kits study and using the kits to aid their teaching process. This study found :(1)Remote school lacking the presence of full-time life science and technology teachers;(2) Remote schools teacher held several posts, and in some case had obviously affected their teaching, especially the administrative work;(3) During the course, remote school teacher mostly arranged experiment with hands-on activities, they also hope to obtain more education resources through teacher study activities; (4) Scientific learning kits mostly used in integrated or flexible courses in high grade classes, due to time and progress pressure of nature, life science and technology subject; (5) Scientific learning kits can help teacher to cut the subject preparation time, and also raising students learning interest on nature, life science and technology subject;(6) Using scientific learning kits has changed the original teaching methods and also improve teacher capability of designing course activities According to the results of this study, the presents study provide some recommendations: (1) Teachers are encouraged to utilize winter/summer break time to include scientific learning kits and use of group cooperative learning into the new semester curriculum plan. (2) Scientific learning kits activity design should avoid finely ordered operation procedures. The consent must be correspond with the rural children's cultural background and life experiences. Finally, convenience obtainment of materials need to be considered as well.
