The study adopted one group pretest-posttest design. Forty eleventh grade students in Kaohsiung were the subjects of this study. The experimental instruction which is based on “robot for mission” (R4M) has lasted for six weeks. The instruments were Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, and a questionnaire of students’ feedback. Statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, ANCOVA and Johnson-Neyman procedure were adopted to analyze the collected data from questionnaire. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1.The robot hands-on teaching project could efficiently promote senior high students’ creativity. 2.The gender of students had no significant effect on thier creativity. 3.The different learning experience of students had significant effect on their fluency. 4.Most subjects had positive viewpoints on the gigo hands-on teaching project. According to research results, suggestions are made towards robot hands-on teaching project, and related educators as references for the future researches.
