Summary: | 博士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 105 === This study aimed to investigate the affecting factors for elementary teachers’ professional attitudes. The samples were from the population of public elementary schools teachers in Kaohsiung city, the main research tool was self-complied
“Questionnaire of Elementary School Teachers’ Professional Attitude”. A total of 1230 copies were distributed, and 1043 returned were valid. The research results were statistically analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. According to the research results, the following conclusions were obtained:
1. the background of the sampling were similar to the population, the finding could deduce validly to the national elementary school teachers.
2. The elementary school teachers’ professional attitudes is relatively positive, it was seen that teachers performed teaching attitude seriously.
3. From the job content analysis, the elementary school teachers’ professional attitude toward students were positive and actively care.
4. the elementary school teachers obtained the sense of accomplishment from the teaching job and loved to serve as a teacher.
5. The elementary school teachers’ organizational commitment was actively positive, and the teachers were willing to contribute their own, and paid their full efforts for the schools.
6. there was a significant positive correlation between the teachers’ professional attitude and their personal background, title, and the content of the work, and a significant negative correlation between their professional attitude and their annual salary and work input.
7. there were significant positive correlation between the work input, organizational commitment, impact factors organization of the teachers’ professional attitude and the school organization, personal and family, social perception .
8. the affected factors of the teachers’ professional attitudes showed good predictive value to the teachers’ professional attitude.
