Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 應用德語研究所 === 105 === Driven by the process of globalization, the relationship between countries has become closer. International Trading plays an important role for most countries, especially for Taiwan, an island country. Due to geopolitical relations, Taiwan’s trading partners consist in Asia. When taking the whole world in view, Germany has a close trading relationship with Taiwan. Therefore, there are more people learning German in order to communicate with German customers. Responding to the trend, all the departments of German in Taiwan provide business German courses for their students, whereas the courses might not suit Taiwanese students because most of the German business textbooks are written by German. Therefore, in this study, in order to know whether the courses can be applied to Taiwanese students, the textbook Unternehmen Deutsch which was used by most of the departments of German was analyzed. First of all, the material and methodology used in the courses were analyzed. After that, a questionnaire survey about the satisfaction with the textbook was conducted. Finally, according to the analyses and the result of the questionnaire, some suggestions to the new textbook were raised. The suggestions to the renewable textbook are that the repeated exercises should be decreased, more professional business knowledge, more cultural and intercultural themes should be provided in book one. In terms of the cultural differences, an Asia version German business textbook should be composed.
