Stimulate active marketing of the carriers, continue to progress under the action technology, mobile device applications, together with the development and with more innovation, and APP application called the car service is also developing in the ranks of innovation. Therefore, the model called the car service and taxi passenger tradition had to face this trend. Present in Taiwan occupies the meter's industry leading Taiwan Taxi, for example, though they have a good fleet of brand image and faithfully take passengers, but since its launch APP Taxi, take advantage of this mobile app to call the car Passengers, who have continued to grow three times over three years. At present, passengers Taiwan, APP for mobile devices called the car service utilization and satisfaction are up to Liu Cheng, with the development of mobile Internet, the future is bound to continue to create a higher quality of service and usage. Taiwan taxi industry is not only faced with, other than public transport system north, and south, such as the threat of MRT and BRT traffic operations now hold more because all smart mobile devices per person, so as APP APP also rain bamboo shoots appear, and called the car service of APP and therefore will rise, but more so to create a new and more threatening in direct competition with the industry Uber; which for the taxi industry are concerned, it takes more effort, Thinking about operational strategies and improving the quality of customer service.
