Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程系碩士專班 === 105 === In order to avoid the random discharge of wastewater affect the ecological environment and water resources can be reused, it is necessary to deal with waste water before discharge; traditional ammonia wastewater treatment may have too high cost, large space occupied and the scale is difficult to enlarge and other shortcomings, so we hope to establish A photobioreactor for improving these defects is used to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater and the experimental conditions for determining the optimal concentration of ammonia, the maximum concentration of ammonia nitrogen and the optimum treatment efficiency of the reactor are determined by experiment. In this study, a reactor corresponding to the purpose of the study was established. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater was 1000, 2000 and 3000 mg/L, and the recycle ratio was 60 and 120. Sampling was divided into continuous sampling and 24-hour sampling. The samples were observed microscopically and analyzed using the standard method published by EPD's Environmental Protection Agency. From the experimental results, it was found that the dominant algae of the reactor were Chlorella, the maximum concentration of ammonia nitrogen could be treated as 2000 mg/L. While the optimum treatment efficiency under the operating conditions for the ammonia concentration of 2000 (mg/L) recycle ratio of 120.
