Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程系碩士專班 === 105 === With the booming of industrial and commercial activities, import and export trading and the improvement of people's living standards, our consumption behavior shifted while pursuing material enjoyment and convenient life. The one-time consumption goods demand increased, and so does the solid waste. The environmental pollution became an issue and waiting to be solved. With the formation of modern civilization self-adjustment mechanism, the developed countries had developed a series of sustainable procedures on garbage disposal and recycle policies to reduce the threat of garbage to the Nation. Since 1993 the beginning of the recycle regulation, the statistical data showed the significant progress of resource recycle. The national average daily garbage clearance has been declining since 1998. The 2015 average was 0.378kg / person and was 0.765kg/person less than the highest average of 1.143kg / person in 1997. The recycle rate increased 44.67% from 1.25% in 1997 to 45.92% in 2015. However, we have seen that recycle rate has gradually slowed down in recent years. In order to stimulate the recycle rate, Kaohsiung City government had set up 50 automatic recycling machines (Automatic Recycling Machine, ARM) since November 2013. The completion of ARM thought to bring a new era of resource recycle to Kaohsiung city. This research aimed to explore influence of ARM to the public recycling behavior. The research contained three sections, five dimensions and 37scale charts of the influence of ARM on public recycle behavior, which included basic knowledge awareness, pre-recycle logistics of consent, the use of consent, the deposit on iPASS of consent and the use of satisfaction. In order to understand the set up of ARM on the influence of public recycle behavior. The results showed that the public awareness of recycle behavior after ARM completion was at moderate level (71.6%). Among the different age groups, the awareness of the 20-year-old and over 60 years of age were at high level. Among the different education group, we had the highest cognitive of the recycle behavior of senior high school students and the lowest cognitive of the recycle behavior of undergraduate students. As we can see, the age is proportional to the pattern of recycle behavior, and the educational level is inversely proportional to the pattern of recycle behavior. The results of the study can be used by the public sector to continue to promote the establishment of ARM planning management reference.
