It needs a lot of time and training to cultivate an eligible officer, sergeant and soldier. The longer they serve and the better training they receive. An eligible military can execute his task efficiently. If we can increase the volunteers’ intention to stay, it will be able to reduce training costs and increase the labor power utilization. Furthermore, it will also enhance the national defense power. This research is based on convenience sampling including 311 valid questionnaires. The subjects are from the Coast Guard of R.O.C volunteers. This study uses the SPSS statistics program and gathers results from descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Leadership Styly has significant positive effect on Intention to stay. 2. Job satisfaction has significant positive effect on Intention to stay. 3. Organizational commitment has significant positive effect on intention to stay.
