The research is based on the writer's practical work experiences in the airline companies, the writer compares the aviation organizations of Taiwan with the ones of Japan, to describe the characteristics of the organizational cultures in the aviation industry of the Taiwan and Japan, and the different ways of the influence of the organizational cultures.
In the aviation Industry, the departments of the flight and maintenance of the airline companies, along with the taxiway and runway maintenance unit of the airport company, and air traffic control tower are responsible for the flight safety.
Due to the different background of the members of the organizations, and the different ways of influence by the national culture and organizational culture have certain interference to the way of communication among the members of the organization. This could result in a worse interaction, which the staffs of the airline companies may encounter.
