Corporate culture is deeply influenced by "environment", "organizational commitment" and "Co-founder's personality traits". The impact of the environment is more difficult for enterprises to change, but far-reaching, so choose the right environment to startup is very important. Such as the use of many school resources in the entrepreneurial university environment, saving many of the initial costs. The organizational commitment of the members of the corporate culture is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the enterprises. The A-door rule is simple and efficient company stipulated in the initial stage of startup, which greatly improves the efficiency of the A-door company. And the personality traits of A-door partners determine the A-door corporate culture, because the initial members of less, everyone's influence is greater. The role of corporate culture is to be effective to help enterprises to be successful, and can continue to operate. At the same time, for employees may be binding, but more freedom. However, corporate culture at different stages of the company, may be subject to many different factors and changes, and these situations may continue to occur, so the company executives should pay more attention on it. Through the study of the A-door company "environmental impact", "organizational commitment" and "partner's personality traits", this study analyzes the results of the company's corporate culture and explains the factors that influence the corporate culture.
