碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 國際管理碩士學位學程 === 105 === This paper conducted the electric automotive industry research from 2010-2016, in Chapter 1, this paper presents an introduction of environmental impact from relying on the consumption of gasoline, then briefly analyzes the overall environmental background, automobile industry in the target country, China. The paper illustrates illustrated the primary detriment of vehicle emissions, and clarifies the need for electric vehicles. In Chapter 2, it evaluates the current electric vehicles industry and incentive plans and efforts that provided by governments worldwide to decrease emissions from automobiles, and also take about the government policy implications. Chapter 3 conducts the marketing analysis of Tesla in China, followed by Chapter 4 outlining the future develop plans and recommendations for Tesla in China. The results of this study should help anyone that is interested in the field of electric vehicles industry and in relation to Tesla in China. The author is willing help more people to understand the future of electric vehicles and to contribute stimulate electric vehicles into the public
