The hospital in order to obtain profits, increase income, will increase the number of patients back to the hospital, and the people to see the increase in their own expenses and facing the reduced number of days in hospital and discharged increasingly serious, affecting the basic rights of public health care. Insurance companies launched commercial medical insurance, to make up for the lack of national health insurance, therefore, according to statistics, commercial medical insurance to become the most people want to insure the goods.   This study conducts an empirical survey to examine significance of insurance employees’ capital information variables on DRGs system recognition; opinion and effect after import of the diagnostic related groups. We used questionnaire survey to do our research. We delivered 225 samples in order to understand more about how well insurance employees know about DRGs system, medical quality, medical problems, medical costs and the impact of commercial inpatient health insurance selling?   According to the research, insurance brokers on the DRGs recognition; opinion and effect after import, the introduction of medical costs, quality, sell the policy and the choice of consideration to the degree of impact than life insurance, property insurance and the difference between the various basic variables. Furthermore, we understand its interaction by using canonical correlation analysis.
