First of all, insurance industry and information technology becomes inseparable. Secondly, insurance market opens gradually, therefore, it makes our citizens raise awareness of insurance. Moreover, our domestic insurance premiums are increase gradually. Besides, insurance penetration keeps raising every year. Thirdly, there are more and more job seekers get into insurance industry. Above of all, they are reasons why it makes insurance industry play an essential role nowadays. Hence, training employees are very important to insurance industry. However, how well do they understand this training? Under the affection of the Fintech, executing the training program will be changed into new way. Above of all, they are the research concerning about. This research is about insurance employees how well they know about the training in regard to financial technology and the changing of the training. We used questionnaire survey to do our research. We delivered 300 samples in order to understand more about how well insurance employees know about training. The research is related to the effect that what the new training way brings to insurance employees. According to the research, employees who have some knowledge about the insurance industry can accept the new way of the training easily. Moreover, the changing of the training can be easier to understand for canvasser. In the conclusion, we discovered that we can give insurance company and insurance employees some suggestions.
