But what factors make users willing to share knowledge to performance in virtual communities? This study, knowledge transfer and knowledge utilization are used as the main axis of the structure, and based on the theory of social capital theory and task technology fit. And balance between challenges and skills of the task and the team learning norms to explore the user in the virtual community knowledge sharing performance. To target users who participated in the virtual knowledge community as a study sample, and published and analyzed by the web survey. The questionnaire was collected and analyzed, and 354 valid questionnaires were collected from the questionnaire. The study found that: (1) Knowledge transfer and knowledge utilization have a positive impact on knowledge performance. (2) Balance between challenges and skills of the task and the team learning norms will have a positive impact on knowledge transfer and knowledge utilization. To the virtual community to share knowledge of the study, mostly focusing on knowledge sharing within specific organizations such as businesses or campuses, past academic relationship quickly apply only sustained buying intention, this study also brings new verification.
