Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 海洋休閒管理研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to organize reliability, validity and professional ability scale for domestic finswimming referees, and to generalize the factors of professional ability, then use Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to testify if the scale is appropriate. The objects of this study are finswimming referees in Taiwan. With item reviews, item analysis of pre-test (108 test samples), Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confidence analysis, 19 questions were extracted out of 34 questions as formal scales. Then there are four factors: Judgement Ability (7 questions), Self-Improvement (5 questions), Team Work (4 questions) and Career Attitude (4 questions). The variance is 73.39%.
With EFA, the trustworthy validity of this scale is assured. Cronbach’s α variation lies between 0.777~0.978, and α variation of total scale is 0.914, proving that this scale is trustworthy. The total amounts of formal test samples are 309. SPSS 21.0 software was taken to analyze as descriptive statistics. Then, CFA was taken to analyze with AMOS 20.0 to testify the goodness of fit of this scale. After two times of amendments, deleting two question which MI values of them were higher. 17 questions were left, indicating the effective goodness of fit, so it represents the model after amendment has trustworthy construct validity.
In conclusion, this professional ability scale for domestic finswimming referees is reliable and effective for improvement and enhancement of cultivating finswimming referees. Suggestions: Because finswimming referees in Taiwan are only a few, if this scale is not comprehensive enough, I hope researchers in future will correct and amend these variations, and collaborate with international professionals, in order to design this scale more precisely to test the professional ability of referees.
