Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄餐旅大學 === 餐旅研究所在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of the study is to research the causes and performance of the emotional labor and occupational burnout of the homeroom teachers in Food &Beverage Cooperative Education. There are six homeroom teachers in Kaohsiung City as the research objects in this study. It also includes the references discussion and in-depth interviews of the six homeroom teachers. Therefore, the analysis and conclusion of the emotional labor and occupational burnout of the teachers are as follows. First, the situation context of the emotional labor of homeroom teachers in Food &Beverage Cooperative Education is followed. A. The food & beverage teachers in a vocational high school have multiple roles in the heavy work and they also need to show appropriate emotion. B. For creating harmonious atmosphere, the homeroom teachers of cooperative education in a vocational high school perform the emotional labor well on the surface, even encountering unreasonable condition. C. In the deep performance, the emotional labor of the homeroom teachers of cooperative education in a vocational high school shows their identity of the organization from inside of them to the outside of them and their emotional state of self-adaptation. D. In the supporting system, the homeroom teachers will increase the enthusiasm, willingness and participation at work if they get the identity. E. They encounter every task and role with a positive and optimistic attitude. Second, the real situation of occupational burnout of the homeroom teachers of cooperative education in a vocational high school is followed. A. Because of the heavy work loading, the homeroom teachers of cooperative education in a vocational high school could not concentrate on teaching and they do not have sufficient time to achieve every task. B. Because of the nonstop working hours and the intense mental state, the homeroom teachers of cooperative education in a vocational high school could not relax. C. They should develop the habit of exercising to adjust and maintain a good attitude in order to decrease the occupational burnout and pressure. This study is based on the above conclusion and provides suggestions for the future researchers.
