Over the same period the largest sports apparel Nike's US sales of 8.9 billion US dollars. It can be seen in the sports and leisure fabrics, lightweight and functional textiles in the market a pivotal position. The aim of this study is to develop a spray coating technique for sprayed textile with atomized spray nozzles to provide lightweight and functional textiles. In this paper, the optimum parameters of atomization spray process are discussed.
