The reliability analysis and regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. The results show that the relationship between the service quality of the travel website and the intention of the heart and the behavior of the consumers is analyzed. It is found that the quality of service has a significant effect on the heart rate, and the service quality has a significant effect on the behavioral intention of the consumers.
