Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 旅遊管理學系旅遊管理碩士班 === 105 === This study is mainly based on the consumer, to explore the consumers in the travel site to visit the service quality, mind and behavior intention between the three variables related factors. The reliability analysis and regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. The results show that the relationship between the service quality of the travel website and the intention of the heart and the behavior of the consumers is analyzed. It is found that the quality of service has a significant effect on the heart rate, and the service quality has a significant effect on the behavioral intention of the consumers. Of the significant impact are supported; service quality through the heart of the behavior of intentions with intermediary effect.
