碩士 === 南華大學 === 旅遊管理學系休閒環境管理碩士班 === 105 === 　　In 2014 the public sector announced the "Republic of China Outdoor Education Declaration", outdoor tourism education will be one of the important teaching methods of 12-year compulsory education in the future. The purpose of this study is to explore the personality characteristics of the Fanlu teachers in elementary schools and current situation arranging outdoor tourism education. This study is the qualitative research through the relevant literature analysis and in-depth interviews, and the semi-structured interviews. The results showed that there were three characteristics of the personality traits of teachers in elementary schools: (1).To pursue their dreams actively; (2).To devote oneself to his career in education; (3).To have positive personality traits in education. As to outdoor tourism education: (1). In the planning process the emphasis should be on the needs of the curriculum expected to happiness; (2).The current curriculum needs are caused to on environmental education and ecological choice in response to environmental changes in the times outdoor tourism education; (3). The effectiveness of outdoor tourism teaching is affirmed; (4). The professional planning can enhance the quality of outdoor tourism teaching; (5). There are difficulties in choosing a safe place and subsidy; (6). Outdoor tourism teaching needs professional commentators because of different professional fields. From the relationship between personality traits and outdoor tourism teaching, it was found the teachers in Fanlu elementary school have the idea of "teaching outside school for teaching" in order to exert the essence of the school tourism teaching with the Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness positive personality traits.Finally, the study provides the reference for the remote schools to arrange the outdoor tourism teaching.
