The study is summarized as follows:
(1) interpersonal interaction is the biggest challenge. (2) generation differences in the formation of parental education concept gap. (3) how to make good use of individual professional fields. (4) the importance of organizational cost planning. (5) The training system should be adjusted in a timely manner.
Suggestions are as follows:
(1) to properly plan the welfare system, the implementation of supervision system. (2) to understand the feelings of volunteer altruism and self-interest to be timely response. (3) to strengthen the team counseling communication training. (4) the importance of advocacy services through various types of pipelines. (5) the need for appropriate subsidy subsidies. (6) to increase the effectiveness of program education and training, supervisors and mission reports. (7) complete education and training.
