Its main purpose: I. Learn morticians to adjust the status of the concept of gender equality on the cognitive approach. II. Morticians difficult to understand local practices on the adjustment of the concept of gender equality. Using qualitative in-depth interviewing and purposive eight respondents sampling, respectively, four morticians and four bereavement families. Discussing the cognitive approach and difficulty on gender equity awareness to do empirical analysis and discussion. The findings of the study as follows:   First, in the ceremony of nailing, bucket holding, back ancestral brand and single women altar cards, it was more elastic to think outside the box. Only the practice of tombstone urns sons name was not implemented completely. Second, the "single female god card", "obituary writing and printing" are the most difficult to implement the concept of gender equality. It needs to strengthen propose gender equality into funeral and create the kind gender equality environment. According to the findings of the study, respectively, to be made of specific recommendations for funeral industry and government departments. It is hoped that morticians would have a reference when they provided customer service and chose the ceremony of gender equality. At the same time, "nailing ceremony", "bucket holding ", "back ancestral brand", "single women altar cards "," tombstone urns sons name "," main female lay person ", and " obituary order ". In the funeral activities in the practice of gender equality, put forward the relevant suggestions, hoping to let the bereavement family, regardless of the type of death for the loved ones choose "gender equality" ceremony, can be helpful to the opening of sadness, let the funeral activities pass off very well.
