Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 企業管理學系管理科學碩博士班 === 105 === The aim of this research is to study the relationship among the learning behavior, learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness of learners for the bride secretary. In this study, learners for the bride secretary are treated as objective population, and a questionnaire survey was conducted by using non-probability sampling. A total of 200 questionnaires were provided to the respondents, and all were received. By excluding 1 invalid questionnaires, 199 questionnaires wear valid, resulting in the effective response rate to be 99.5%.
The conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. Learning behavior has a significant positive impact on learning satisfaction.
2. Learning behavior has a significant positive effect on learning effectiveness.
3. Learning satisfaction has a significant positive impact on learning effectiveness.
4. Learning satisfaction has apartial mediating effect between learning behavior and learning effectiveness.
