Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 國際事務與企業學系公共政策研究碩士班 === 105 ===   The purpose of this study is to probe into the current status of political attitude and political participation of elementary school teachers in Taipei region. This study also investigates the correlation between them. The study is based on questionnaire survey. The tool for collecting data was "The questionnaire survey of political attitude and political participation for elementary school teachers in Taipei region." which is compiled by using the tool helps understand the current situation, differences those and the correlation between political attitude and political participation of elementary school teachers in Taipei region. The survey was conducted with a sampling from elementary school teachers in Taipei region.A total of 200(93%)out of 217 returned participant questionnaires were considered valid.   By means of the SPSS software analysis, the major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The tendency of elementary school teachers' political attitude was positive, medium level. 2.The tendency of elementary school teachers' political participation was negative. 3.Political attitude of elementary school teachers varies because of different genders. 4.Political participation of elementary school teachers varies because of different ages、positions、seniority and use media types. 5.Significant positive correlation was found between political attitude and political participation of elementary school teachers .   Finally, according to the above conclusions, put forward specific proposals to be taken as the reference for government, elementary school teachers and future researchers.
