Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 國際事務與企業學系公共政策研究碩士班 === 105 === This study aims to study the current situation of the military personnel career development of the case unit, how to make the unit to retain the human resources, and according to Maslow's theory ,why some people continue to volunteer ,what needs to meet in this case. The literature analysis and in-depth interviews is used to study the military officers of the Zhong Keng camp area, the officers, noncommission officers and soldiers selected for the sample.
The results are as follows:
First, the impact of the original military motivation is to meet the low demand of Maslow's needs theory.
Second, the salary is not the main key to renew the military service.
Third,the welfare is not the main reason to renew the military service.
Fourth, the holidays make the staff who are interested in the military to develop feel more satisfied.
Fifth, the promotion is still fair, even though many considerations come from senior executives.
Sixth, the training is an additional value in military career.
Seven, the multiple professional training can assist the development of military personnel career more smoothly.
Eight, the quantity and quality of work is not an important factor affecting to renew the military service.
From the interview results and related literature analysis, the research issues are to be explored, and finally the contents of the interview are to be summarized, and recommendations for the case unit, management levels, executive levels and future researchers are also to be presented.
