Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 105 ===   The study investigates the relationships between kindergarten principal’s charismatic leadership and teacher organizational loyalty in kindergarten and finds out the statistic correlation. Finally, we measure the influence and predictive capacity of kindergarten principal’s charismatic leadership on teacher organizational loyalty. This study utilizes the analysis of literature and questionnaires. The survey objects are public and private kindergarten in Hsin-chu city. The study issues a total of 1196 questionnaires, with the return rate of 71.1%, among which there are 648 questionnaires valid. Later statistical analysis including item analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. The results of the study were as follows: (1)There is a high development in kindergarten principal’s charismatic leadership to kindergarten educators. The high dimension is confident and integrity of personality. The lower dimension is enlightening the subordinates. (2)There is a high development in teacher organizational loyalty to kindergarten educators. The high dimension is for hotels and obedience. The lower dimension is for internalized obligations. (3)The kindergarten principal’s charismatic leadership has a significant positive impact on the teacher organization loyalty. The dimension of the kindergarten principal’s charismatic leadership and internalized obligations have a higher correlation. (4)The dimension of kindergarten principal’s charismatic leadership from enlightening the subordinates has a great predictive effects on teacher organizational loyalty.
