Shortening the rescue and retreat care has become an important issue. This study will enhance the facilities on the ambulance and save the patient’s waiting time. By simulating the vehicle equipment on the ambulance to interact with the hospital doctors could let injuries get more timely treatment and care. This research builds a low-cost integrated real-time online management platform, integrated video, database, GPS positioning and handheld communications and other devices to provide better military emergency medical care. All in all, the cloud-based remote integration system improved the quality of ambulance and the survival rate of the patient, improving the weaknesses of current system.
