Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 105 === In the current information society, the traditional paper-and-pencil programming examination is gradually replaced by the online programming examination system. Cheating has been a long-standing issue, it is important to prevent cheating in order to maintain the fairness of the examination when conducting online examination. Nowadays has quite diversity of online examination invigilation (supervision) technology (e.g. manual, monitor, webcam, and other video recording equipment). Most of schools have basic computer and network environment. If it need to invest large additional equipment to maintain the fairness of the examination, it is almost impossible when the budget is considered.
This thesis focuses on online programming examinations without the need to purchase additional surveillance equipment and deploys RESTful technologies to design a scalable system with proctoring functionalities to provide a timely return of testees’ complete screenshots. So that teacher can follow students' learning outcomes and make fair assessment.
