main sources of funds for the resettlement fund of military veterans. The operational performance and profitability of the reinvested enterprises has a
profound influence on the governance plan to retired servicemen. In addition,
about 60% of the reinvested enterprises of Veterans Affairs Council is the
natural gas industry. Therefore, this study uses two-stage analysis to assess the performance of domestic gas companies; first stage for data envelopment
analysis with the balanced scorecard method to explore the internal factors, and using cluster analysis and multivariate analysis of scaling images; the second
stage performance using a truncated regression to explore changes in external
variables, hoping through the analysis of its operating performance and practicerelated
suggestions, the analysis results is to invest in natural gas company pure
technical efficiency should be strengthened, while the input tube pin costs the
most sensitive, a retired military officer to invest in natural gas company's Board
of Directors has a positive impact on company performance.
