Real estate industry involves real estate investigation, production, trade and using, every phase of economic activities. Among them, housing is the most massive and its demand affects the value of real estate profoundly. This research has been looking for related effects on housing supply and demanding by reviewing documentary papers. This process is to build up a base of research frame. We used systematic thinking and feedback chart of cause and effect as a tool to connect all the results of scholars’ research in order to describe simulation of real estate market supply and demand by system dynamics. We also did this research through the Vensim PLE simulation software of system dynamics. By feedback loop diagrams of cause and effect, we can know better about system dynamics behaviors of the whole real estate market and which and when loop charts would control the system. At the same time, we know what results and side effects would happen by further analysis of different policies. Therefore, we could find an appropriate political timing to enter the market. We found the increase of dispensable incomes and of inflation did raise real estate value. Furthermore, the interest rates affect house mortgage loans directly. Rising interest rates suppress the demand of housing investigation with effect and influence fluctuations of house prices very much.
