碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 自然資源與環境學系 === 105 === South Penghu Marine National Park, the second Marine Type National Park in Taiwan, was founded in June 2014, and was officially operated in next year’s October. In views of world’s development of Ecotourism and the importance of management toward National Park’s Sustainability, this study will be focus on using choice experiment model (CE) to establish a random utility model for South Penghu Marine National Park Ecotourism management, with the concern of Ecotourism related attributes such as increasing experience activity, ship number control, the quality of interpretation and local community feedback system. Though face to face Questionnaire interview, we can understand tourist preference, WTP (willingness to pay), WTS (willingness to stay) toward National Park’s future management program of Ecotourism. The empirical results show: (1) Generally, tourist prefer the change the status quo, also increasing experience activity, promoting the quality of interpretation, establish local community feedback system, will increase the entire utility of tourists visiting South Penghu Marine National Park, And the results of conditional logit (CL) are similar to the results from random parameter logit (RPL) model. (2) The result of latent class model (LCM) indicate that tourists having heterogeneity preference among different income per/month, tourists who have higher income, have higher WTP, but lower WTS. (3) Increasing experience activity, promoting the quality of interpretation, establish local community feedback system at the same time, will be able to reach the best Economic benefits for the National Park.
