碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育行政與管理學系 === 105 === The objective of this study was to propose controversial laws for preschool educators working on site to identify appropriate adjustments that must be made to current laws applicable to preschool educators. To collect individual viewpoints and to attain consensus on the adjustments to be made to the controversial laws, the researcher adopted focus group and questionnaire interview methods and performed a literature analysis. The researcher created a focus group comprising public preschool educators, early childhood education experts, and school administrators and adopted analytic hierarchy process and interpretive structural modeling methods to collect their diverse opinions to facilitate comparative analysis. The goal was to integrate the ideas offered by relevant education personnel and agglomerate a consensus on the necessary adjustments of the controversial laws. The research conclusion were as follows : 1. one of the related laws has to be modified first is the rules of change job’s place for preschool educators. 2. Preschool educators to give priority consideration to adjust the direction of statutes. compare the different opinion. 3. Using the focus group method may revise the outcome of analytic hierarchy process.
