碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 資訊管理碩士學位學程 === 105 === The amount of universities and colleges in Taiwan has grown rapidly in recent years, there’re total 159 universities and colleges in 2016 since there were 123 in 1980. Due to the policy of higher education- extending universities, and also in the supply of higher education and the impact of imbalance when it meets low birth-rate, it’s an important issue that all universities should to grasp the effectiveness of recruiting students. This study was conducted by Business Intelligence Visualization Analysis Software- Microsoft Power BI to apply into Institutional Research. Collecting the enrollment information such as the number of students per academic year, students’ score of classes, students’ distribution and so on to analysis and then with a dynamic display of visual graphics. At the end, through the visualization of data, providing decision makers with more clear information to carry out strategic planning.
