Data for this research were obtained from my observation notess, video recordings, interviews, and the reflective notes and feedback from co-workers. The following conclusions are summarized: 1.The results suggest that methods such as "awareness of breath, free form-drawing,free yoga, and single legged free yoga” are appropriate for the children with ADHD. Considering the individual differencesof each student, I adapted the ways of meditation to assist each student achieve calmness. 2. Students calm down effectively through their favorable meditating method. In addition, they are easier to communicate in a stable mood. 3.Meditation partially affects the school children’s impulsive/hyperactive behaviors. Through the process of meditating, students are capable of maintaining stable emotions, reducing complaints, following orders and expressing themselves verbally. 4.Meditation improves the social relationships of students with ADHD. Students show empathy and accept the help of peers. On the other hand, they learn to care about others, enhancing the interaction and cooperation with schoolmates. 5.Since students with ADHD have shorter attention spans, I applied various meditation methods to draw their attention. In order to achieve significant outcomes of improving the students’ behavior through meditation, I neededto switch to appropriate meditation, while being aware of the students’ mental state and their responses.
