The main purpose of this study is to discuss the acceptance and trust of financial robots under the innovation of financial technology, and the view of investors on the service platform of financial management consultants and financial network. In order to determine the content of this research, Accurate use of qualitative analysis method. As the financial authorities in Taiwan are still in the process of formulating relevant laws and regulations, financial enterprises are also actively planning the network service platform for financial robots. At present, the general investors do not understand the service models that financial robots may provide. Therefore, Financial robots and then use the depth of interviews to understand the respondents for the scientific and technological innovation of financial management robot trust. The results of the interview show that the innovation of the investor for the online trading platform is acceptable and trustable, but the financial enterprises must pay attention to the data security of the financial robots and eliminate the possibility of human factors involved. The financial authority can construct the complete laws and regulations to improve the investment People have a sense of trust in financial robots, and can improve the effectiveness of financial robots through the personalized service of financial management staff.
