Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 幼兒教育學系 === 105 === The research of factors influencing learning performance on education is an important issue to both practice and study fields, in addition, the mainstream of education type in Taiwan has tended to be Diplomaism for a long time. However, it matters a lot to learning performance, not only the education from school, but also that from family. Therefore, both parents and teachers have paid much attention to additional learning from school (including long-vacation learning and after-school study). The family socioeconomic status may affects the resources for learning, and also results in more expectations from parents, directly or indirectly. On the basis of what we mentioned above, the research is based on pertinent literature and studies and try to make a structure that explains the effects on learning performance of low-grade students. And as the survey completed in 2015 shows, we focus on the following factors: family socioeconomic status, long-vacation learning, after-school study, academic expectation, and educational background expectation; Further we discuss how do those influence the learning performance of the first-grade students of elementary school. The results are as below: (1) The education level of parents has positive effects on their children’ performance. (2) Students that keep studying during long-vacation have better performance. (3) The more they read after class, the better they would perform. (4) The more the parents are educated, the higher possibility that their children would go to cram school during long-vacation, and further contribute to better academic expectation and performance. (5) The more educated the parents are, the more benefits of going to cram schools and reading to their children after school, and further influence their academic expectation and learning performance.
