In this study, rice farmers in organic agriculture in Fuli area were selected as the research objects, and interviews were conducted with depth interviews with field survey. A total of 17 farmers were interviewed, organic / customary 9, organic rice farmers 5, Person, 2 administrative unit service personnel, total 17 staff. According to the results of the interview, the farmers in the region to cultivate paddy field cultivation method is divided into three stages, the early ancestors of the natural agricultural farming, no sprinkle pesticides no doubt, the middle of the implementation of custom agriculture, is the extensive use of chemical fertilizers, spraying pesticides Farming, and later returned to the promotion of natural agriculture, science and technology research and development of organic materials farming rice fields, found friendly treatment of various species, nature of biological symbiosis law, access to favorable economic benefits of sustainable development of organic agriculture. Organic rice farmers to grow rice is mainly for health, the biggest difficulty in the cost of labor is expensive, the verification process is complicated and policy counseling is not perfect due to the long-term use of chemical fertilizers make the soil structure is destroyed, spraying agents to form drug residues, not only Hazard of plant and animal growth also hurt human health, the whole natural ecology caused by imbalance. Futura region of crop production and marketing, through the grain traders, farmers will be organic agricultural products store, the Ministry of supply and marketing of the show, hot sales and home delivery services, online shopping promotion in an endless stream, and by the experience of marketing methods to stimulate consumption to drive tourists to buy Willingness, such as transport can be smooth, combined with the local ecological environment, recycling the local rich and beautiful world.
