Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 生物機電工程學系研究所 === 105 === The development goal is to cultivate the environment with multiple intervals in this experiment, designed process with temperature, humidity, illumination and other environmental factors and simulate the growth environment of the Allium fistulosum L. seedlings in plug trays under different environmental conditions. The experimental process is the 8051 single chip captures the sensor’s value through the RS-232 transmission and send analog signal to FY400 header for monitoring operations via signal conversion, and then use RS-485 transmission to communicate with human-computer interface for parameter monitoring and setting in LabVIEW and store data and so on. The multi-interval cultivation environment is environmental factor was carried out in a self-made plant growth box. The average value of environmental factors include temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide have reached the set value, fit in with standard for the stability of Allium fistulosum L. seedlings in plug trays. After analyze the relationship with cumulative luminosity、 environment factor and Allium fistulosum L. seedlings in plug trays, the cumulative luminosity is related to environmental conditions. The greater the cumulative luminosity represents the greater sunshine energy. Allium fistulosum L. in plug trays will grow well due to the cumulative luminosity increases under different environmental conditions. At the same time, the value of dry species、stem diameter and plant height also increased. Relatively, the cumulative luminosity reduces and growth is worse. The value of dry species、stem diameter and plant height also decreased. The multi chambers cultivation environment monitoring system can be carry out the cultivation of crops under different environmental conditions. Through the empty machine test and verification of data results with actual planting, the monitoring system is high stability and practicality.
